General Knowledge — In 2010, the Company’s Gas Processing Plant was integrated into the business, and a freight fleet with a loading rack was constructed for transporting a variety of light hydrocarbons and stable gas for later delivery to customers in railway tanks. The completed goods produced by the gas plant have consistently been in high demand on the market, not just in Russia and the CIS markets but also outside of those countries. Throughout time, liquefied gases were transported from various parts of the nation to consumers and exported.

MODERNIZATION OF PLANTS — The corporation immediately began a reconstruction program of the facility after acquiring the gas processing plant, increasing the yearly volume of natural gas received for processing from 2 to 3.6 billion cubic meters. At the Gas Processing Plant in 2018, a number of approved projects that aimed to raise the bar for industrial safety requirements were put into action. The gas processing workshop’s fire extinguishing system has been completely rebuilt. The BASHNEFT INTERNATIONAL B.V. Refinery converts related petroleum gas into dry stripped gas, a variety of light hydrocarbons, stable gasoline, and technical propane. It was decided to build a brand-new, custom furnace that was 5 times more efficient than the old one and could save up to 11 million m³ of gas annually. Moreover, pumps and heat exchangers were updated. The reverse water supply cooling tower’s two-year reconstruction was finally finished, allowing for a 65 thousand m³ reduction in annual water losses. Target gas components were more widely chosen, up 19%.
The plant’s flare systems and the storage for goods and raw materials were separated during the reconstruction of the flare in 2019. As a result, production was more secure, and the plant’s facilities could be brought up to the necessary standards and regulations. The company constructed its own desulphurization unit that year, with a capacity of 220 million m³ of gas annually. Instruments for air conditioning and nitrogen generation were incorporated, and a “Program of measures for the technical re-equipment of plant facilities” was approved.

Refinery and Gas Processing Plant: Stable gasoline (TU 0272-020-00148300-06), isobutane fraction (TU 0272-025-00151638-99), normal butane fraction (TU 0272-026-00151638-99), and propane-butane fraction (GOST R 52087-2003), as well as strip gas (STO 089-2010).
